In each of the eight schools he coached, Bryan implemented innovative training methods and instilled a sense of discipline and sportsmanship among his players. His coaching continued to shine as he took on the mantle of the U18 EC United Girls Soccer Head Coach under Richland Soccer Club, demonstrating an adept ability to foster success in both individual players and cohesive team units. Bryan further etched his name in the annals of soccer history by becoming the inaugural head coach of South Lenoir High School in Deep Run, NC. In this challenging endeavor, he propelled the program to a commendable third place in the toughest conference in eastern NC.
Bryan's commitment to the sport went beyond the playing field, exemplified by his decision to remain dedicated during his time with the Wilmington Hammerheads USL Pro Team from 2006 to 2007. Throughout this period, he dedicated himself to understanding tactical strategies and the intricacies of club-building, fully immersing in the professional environment to sharpen his skills. Following this tenure, Bryan applied his acquired knowledge to a role centered around corporate sponsorship, extending his hospitality to players from diverse backgrounds, such as the UK and Australia until 2013
Furthermore, Bryan's enduring passion for the game extends beyond his professional experiences, as he maintains ongoing connections with former players. Leveraging these relationships, he actively collaborates with seasoned professionals to impart their wealth of knowledge and experience to aspiring young talents. Upon relocating to California in 2015, Bryan swiftly made an impact as the assistant coach at Bishop Union High School, demonstrating his coaching acumen within a month of arrival. His dedication to player development and community engagement was further highlighted through his leadership in organizing and directing summer camps for aspiring soccer enthusiasts.
Currently, Bryan serves as a assistant for both the JV and Varsity teams at Burroughs High School, showcasing his adaptability and effectiveness across different levels of play. His multifaceted journey reflects not only a wealth of coaching experience but also a commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and the holistic development of both players and programs.

His recent role as Vice President of Ridgecrest Republic FC, since October 2023, further exemplifies his commitment to the broader soccer community, ensuring a bright future for the sport at both local and regional levels.
In his personal life, Bryan is happily married to Patricia Harper, and together they have three wonderful children: Landon, Kirkland, and Reagan. Remarkably, all three children have played for the former club named IWV. Notably, Bryan is also a former U.S. Marine, bringing the discipline, resilience, and leadership skills acquired during his military service to his coaching career.
Bryan is the holder of a United States Soccer license, as well as a license from the Irish Football Association.
